QLB-D, QLB-Q Series Flat Plate Vulcanizer
The machine is suitable for pressing model and non-model products of various rubber and thermosetting plastics and foaming plastics. The exterior structure of the machine is frame-plate type and four-column type. There are two heating modes: electric heating and steam heating. It is equipped with automatic vulcanization timing, automatic pressure compensation and automatic alarm, constant temperature indicating device. The hydraulic system of the machine is designed scientifically, with strong overall rigidity, low noise, easy operation and high production efficiency. It can realize multi-layer pressing of one machine or multi-machine operation of one person.
